The building accommodates this multipurpose program through a combine architecture, engineering and landscape solution that contains a dual athletic purpose by combining two indoor and one outdoor swimming pool and gym areas. The facility also includes changing rooms, general pool equipment storage, seating for 200 spectators, offices, spa-wellness areas, restaurant and cafeteria.

Generous windows provide views of the interior, revealing the life inside the building, creating a sense of anticipation along the pedestrian sidewalk approach to the volume's entrance.​ The goal was to create a complex respectful in all aspects of formal, functional and technological, further integrating the buildings with the natural and built environment of the sports center.
